Ramit Singh Chimni is a global policy advisor, social innovator, and activist committed to advancing fairness, dignity, and inclusive development. As General Secretary of the International Centre of Humanity, he leads efforts that bridge grassroots action with global transformation.

With over 17 years of experience in legal reform, youth leadership, and sustainable development, Ramit is Director of the Eight Goals One Foundation, focused on building equitable, community-driven solutions. He has advised Indian ministries on legal sector liberalisation, shaped major policy initiatives, and championed justice-driven models of change.

Ramit is the only Indian and the youngest member of the World Council of the José Martí International Solidarity Project of the World Balance Conference. He also serves on the jury of the UNESCO José Martí International Prize and has been recognised internationally, including by Harvard University, the University of Sydney, and the Women’s Economic Forum.

As Senior Executive at the International Centre of Humanity, she leads global engagement and communications, bridging grassroots energy with transformative strategy. With a background in digital marketing and over a decade of leadership in the Slovenian Scout movement, she brings deep experience in youth empowerment, social impact, and collaborative learning. Also serving as Curator at Ecocivilisation, she designs global dialogues and creative campaigns that inspire collective action, resilience, and hope.

Karthika Sajeev Changam

Director of Operations and Partnerships

Karthika Sajeev Changam is a strategist and social impact practitioner focused on community-driven development and participatory change. As Senior Executive at the International Centre of Humanity and a strategist at the Eight Goals One Foundation, she designs and implements initiatives focused on improving knowledge access, strengthening food security, and fostering inclusive, sustainable systems. She is deeply committed to nurturing resilience, equity, and systemic transformation, working across cultural and geographic boundaries to create lasting social impact. Her work embodies a dedication to shared learning, and building stronger, more connected communities worldwide.
