Who is Marina
Marina is a researcher and ecosystem facilitator focused on urban transformation, collective wellbeing, and integral development. She is the Research Lead for the Living Cities Action Research Ecosystem, a global consortium working to transform cities into resilient, interconnected ecosystems in harmony with nature.
She serves as Country Chair (Russia and Russian-speaking communities) at Ecocivilisation, and is the Co-founder and Managing Partner of PANORAMA LAB, which supports personal, organisational, and territorial development.
As Co-founder and former COO/CEO of Living Cities Earth, she helped shape a global, horizontally organised network of over 100 leading integral researchers and practitioners.
She is also the author of the INNER KEY methodology, a unique approach to assessing wellbeing, happiness, and self-realisation within complex social systems. Her research extends to the UK-based Flourish Project, which explores wellbeing as a foundation for systemic change.
