Who is Indra

Indra is a writer, consultant, and network-builder with over two decades of experience working at the intersection of politics, conflict transformation, the arts, and integral thinking. She is Co-Initiator of The Alternative UK, a political platform created with Pat Kane to reimagine democratic life by reconnecting individuals and communities with cosmo-local ecosystems of solutions.

Her practice spans writing, event curation, and community innovation, including the development of Citizen Action Networks (CANs) across the UK. She has written extensively on soft power, public diplomacy, and the role of relationship and attraction in international relations, while also working as a psycho-social therapist, events producer, and founder of the Soft Power Network. Her consultancy experience includes collaborations with the World Economic Forum, NATO, European governments, and cultural institutions.

Indra’s work resonates with ICH’s mission through her commitment to nurturing interdependence between individual, community, and planet.
